Abandoned Property Registration
Before Your Apply
Applicants must perform an initial inspection of the property to verify that the property is vacant and/or shows signs of vacancy.
Applicants must provide proof that a lis pendens, default, and/or any action to foreclose upon a mortgage or similar instrument has been filed on the property being registered.
All applications and registration fees must be filed online. The Neighborhood Services Department will not except cash, checks, or applications that are physically mailed to our office.
